These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Lingo4all websites, platforms, applications, and services. This document is the official reference version. Acceptance is managed within the Lingo4all application.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Platform Services

Lingo4all provides an online language education platform that connects students with instructors and digital learning tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Respect other users and instructors
Not engage in harassment, abuse, or misconduct
Not attempt to bypass platform systems or security

6. Instructor and Student Relationships

Instructors operate as independent contractors. Lingo4all does not guarantee academic outcomes, instructor availability, or specific results.

7. Payments and Fees

Payments, pricing, and fees are governed by separate agreements, platform rules, and published pricing pages. Lingo4all is not responsible for third-party payment processor actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and materials are the property of Lingo4all or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without prior written authorization.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the platform, upload harmful content, interfere with system operations, scrape data, or violate the rights of others.

10. Suspension and Termination

Lingo4all may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security risks, or platform integrity concerns.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Lingo4all disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lingo4all shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding three (3) months, where applicable.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lingo4all from claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through international arbitration where applicable.

Lingo4all may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
