Agreement Terms

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy governs the rules, conduct standards, and participation conditions applicable to all virtual classes delivered through the Lingo4all platform. This document serves as the official reference version of the Virtual Class Terms & Conduct Policy.

2. Nature of the Classes

Lingo4all classes are conducted online and connect participants with teachers who may come from different linguistic, cultural, religious, and social backgrounds. Each class has a standard duration of fifty (50) minutes.

By joining a virtual class, the participant acknowledges that language learning may involve interaction with unfamiliar accents, communication styles, customs, worldviews, and cultural references. Such diversity is an essential part of the learning experience and must always be approached with maturity and respect.

3. Respect, Conduct and Cultural Awareness

The participant agrees and acknowledges that:

4. Best Practices for Online Classes

To preserve a safe, productive, and respectful class environment, the participant agrees to:

  1. Join the class on time and remain attentive throughout the scheduled session.
  2. Participate in a respectful and constructive manner.
  3. Use appropriate language, tone, and behavior during the class.
  4. Attend the class from a suitable environment whenever reasonably possible, with stable internet access and functional audio equipment.
  5. Avoid disruptive conduct, inappropriate gestures, offensive expressions, or unrelated parallel activities that may harm the learning experience.
  6. Respect personal boundaries and avoid requesting private contact details or off-platform interaction unless expressly authorized by Lingo4all.
  7. Accept that misunderstandings may occur in multilingual and multicultural environments and address them respectfully and in good faith.

5. Monitoring and Platform Review

All classes conducted through the Lingo4all platform are monitored, logged, reviewed, and supervised by the system for operational, safety, compliance, training, quality assurance, and dispute-resolution purposes.

By participating in a class, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that the class session, attendance records, behavioral data, interaction logs, and related technical records may be reviewed by Lingo4all whenever necessary.

6. No Refund Policy

The participant acknowledges and agrees that virtual classes delivered through the platform are non-refundable.

Once a class has been scheduled, attended, initiated, or otherwise made available under the platform rules, no refund, reimbursement, reversal, or credit shall be due, except where Lingo4all is expressly required to do so by applicable law or where Lingo4all, at its sole discretion, determines that an exceptional case justifies otherwise.

7. Complaints, Disputes and Reports

If a participant has a complaint, dispute, concern, or disagreement regarding any class, teacher conduct, classroom interaction, or platform-related issue, the participant must contact Lingo4all through the official complaint channel.

Official complaint contact: complain@lingo4all.com.

Lingo4all may review any complaint internally and may take measures it deems appropriate, including warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, permanent removal of access, or any other corrective action permitted under platform policies and applicable law.

9. Limitation of Platform Responsibility

Lingo4all will use reasonable efforts to provide a safe and functional online learning environment. However, participants acknowledge that interactions in live classes may involve human factors, language barriers, cultural misunderstandings, and subjective perceptions that do not necessarily constitute platform fault.

All reports will be assessed in good faith and according to the information available in system records and internal review procedures.
